Spa Reservations
Personal services are limited; please make your
appointments by calling (913) 897-8989 prior to your arrival. We suggest
making reservations one to two weeks in advance.
Appointment Times
As a
courtesy to all guests, please be prompt for your appointment. We
recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early for spa service (massage,
facial, body treatment), and 15 minutes for salon appointment to enjoy a
full relaxing experience. If you are late, we will try to accommodate you
but cannot promise your full service time.
Your Spa Visit
Please arrive at least 20
minutes prior to your appointment for any service. This will allow you
time to check-in, and prepare for any service.
You will be welcomed by a spa
receptionist and led to the women's or men's locker room where will change
into a robe and slippers. Your spa therapist will then meet you in the
relaxation room.
For a full body massage, most people undress completely. You will be
warmly draped with a a large towel at all times. Only the specific body
area being worked upon is exposed.
Please turn off your cell phone before entering the spa area.
Draping Policy
All Signature Spa therapists are
trained to follow a draping policy that ensures the comfort and safety of
all guests. You will be warmly and modestly draped during your body
treatment and/or massage. Only the specific area of body being worked on
will be exposed.
Cancellations
Cancellation or changes require
24-hours advance notice. Because your service is reserved for you,
cancellation or changes within 24-hours and "no-shows" will be charged
full value. Same-day appointments are non-cancelable and charged at full
value. A credit card or a gift card is required to guarantee reservations.
Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates make an ideal year-around gift for any special
occasion or thank-you gift.
